I took photos of the pine cone invitation with different ribbons so you can see the difference that the choice of ribbon can make. The first photo is of a chocolate satin ribbon. The second photo is of terra cotta raffia giving the invitation a more rustic feel. The third photo is of a wider ribbon in brown with a olive green hint to it. Notice how this third photo is the most elegant looking of the four. And lastly the skinny brown ribbon with a more modern tie. Different looks for different weddings. For brides planning a rustic or outdoor wedding please check out The Whispering Pines Wedding Blog you will find some great ideas for favors, decor and more.
I am proud to announce a new line of invitations. Hand painted invitations are the new offering from Starglow Studios! These designs are painted in acrylics and add a great unique and artistic touch. Now our clients will truly have a “one of a kind” invitation. The first invitation I painted was perfect for a November wedding. I saw an inspiration board on the My Perfect Palette blog that I designed from. This rustic wedding theme with rich warm colors seemed so beautiful I just had to try painting a pinecone.
